I have vendors
You're getting ready to take a trip, and discover that you have a serious leak under the sink. Your plane leaves in two hours, and you can't possibly wait for a plumber. What do you do? Well, that's easy: you call me! I have all the vendor contacts, I have a key to your house and I can allow access to a vendor. That leak will be fixed by the time you get home!
I can get it done
You want new luxury vinyl flooring, but don't know who to call. Are they good? Do they have a guarantee? Are you getting the best price you can? Do they stand behind their products and services? I have vendors I've worked with for 20 years. I know and trust them.
I have the expertise
You got a quote for installing a new lawn in your front yard. Will they use a weed barrier? Do they know how to install irrigation? Do they know which plants are poisonous and shouldn't be used?
Whatever the situation, whatever the crisis, I can handle it for you. I have worked with my vendors and suppliers for many years, and I know how good they are and that they know their craft.
